![]() Last weekend's loss to #13/#14 Utah marked the end of two notable streaks for ASU: It had rushed for at least 100 yards as a team in 21 straight regular season games, which was the longest streak of rushing for over 100 yards as a team since a 23-game stretch over three seasons (1993-95).ASU has held opponents to less than 30 points in 31 of 47 games since 2018, notable as it DID allow 30+ in 32 of 43 previous games in a span from 2013-17.11 Oklahoma State earlier this year, it would mark four of the first six games in the season against Top-15 programs - something that hasn't happened since ASU played five Top-10 teams in 2002. The feat also happened in 1982, marking this just the fourth time in program history to happen. This marks the first time that has happened in three straight games since 2014 (#11 UCLA, #16 USC, #23 Stanford with a bye week between the latter two) and the first time it has happened in three straight WEEKENDS since 1994 (#20 BYU, #23 WSU, #9 Washington). USC marks the second of what could be three-straight games against AP-ranked opponents (#15 Washington next week, #13 Utah last week). ASU will be looking to improve to 3-2 in games played at the Coliseum since 2014 after losing seven straight from 2001-12. Since 2011, USC is 6-5 in the series and the teams have split the last four contests.
